With a deal to end the trade war, China and India have agreed to work together to tackle trade barriers between the two countries.
The two countries will establish an intergovernmental mechanism to tackle barriers to trade in goods, services, technology and investment.
India is also to facilitate the opening of new trade corridors, as well as help to set up an inter-governmental mechanism for resolving trade disputes.
China and India will also open a new international trade corridor linking their two countries to China and Vietnam.
India has agreed to set aside a percentage of the trade volume between India and China for development of the Indian Ocean Basin.
